Payment:
During the confirmation, the user can choose the desired method of online payment, or bank transfer.
3 payment options are proposed:

- BANCONTACT
- Bank transfer
- Secured online payment:
If you pay your order through bank card, your card details will be asked during the ordering process as well to follow the instructions if you make your first order.
After the request has been confirmed, the user can then pay directly and safely online via Stripe:

The user receives a purchase and payment confirmation via email.
- Payment by bank transfer:
By clicking on «payment by bank transfer», the user receives a reference number which is to be mentioned on his bank transfer, as well as an email confirmation.
E-mail content: «Thank you for your purchase. The digital invoice will be sent to you.
For a purchase of the type “subscribing to events". Please have your proof of payment by the day of the event.
For all other purchases (Technical file, Fire permit, registration as a Subscriber …) an acknowledgement is digitally sent by email.

Shipping costs:
When processing for the online order, before the payment step, for standard orders, a summary resumes the applicable shipping costs depending of the package and its destination.
For special orders, a request for a quotation is proposed to the buyer and can be entered via our online shop.
Administration costs are also applied and included in the order details.
Online billing:
Billing will be digitally generated and sent by email to the buyer. VAT rate for intra- Community : sales tax payable by the customer according to article. 21, §2 of Belgian intra-Community code.
Withdrawal period:
14 calendar days by filling a request to info@anpi.be with mentioning the reference of your order.
