The new declaration system for your surveillance cameras is available.
Before 25 May 2018, every owner of surveillance cameras had to declare his or her cameras at the electronic counter of the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (CPVP). From now on, surveillance camera declarations will have to be made via an electronic counter (www.declarationcamera.be) which also includes the declarations of alarm systems. Declarations of surveillance cameras must be submitted electronically (as under the old system) via the following link: www.declarationcamera.be.
Access to this electronic counter requires that you identify yourself by means of your electronic identity card, a citizen token, or a unique security code via a mobile application (as when you wish to submit your tax return via tax-on-web). If you wish to file a return for a legal entity, it is therefore necessary to be able to represent that entity.
