"Accreditation to make the world safer" is the theme of World Accreditation Day 2018. This international initiative is jointly organised by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC).
Accreditation is the globally recognised tool for assessing and controlling the risks inherent in products and services placed on the market as well as those related to safety in the workplace. In this way, regulators, companies, citizens and workers can be confident: accreditation makes the world safer!
